Sorry. But those 2 entries look cheated. I just noticed him with suspicious time after seeing a hack GR or VR from him in TM2 dedis

Sure, I just noticed one of his cheated records in TM2. I didn't say all recs are.

2nd dedi cvenek looks more like a one times. He has only 2 entries, but still suspicious.

Maybe, but on dirt surfaces that difference is too tiny to base any solid conclusions on, especially against a United player (werderstar.91) with no obviously cheated other records that same day. But if you find more suspects among his entries, I can re-assess.

He usually uploaded replays on TMX on some maps, so I'm not sure if he got super lucky or insane runs there or he just experimented with something. As far as I'm concerned about replays he's a good driver, but times above still make me wonder.

The top 1 (probably cheated by login "pierpandi") is impossible to me, because the cp where the player win time is between 2 cps between where there is a red boost, meanning a no speed zone, I tryed every option to avoid the red no boost and there are no one. There is only like 10 sec between thoses 2 cps, and the driver win over 0,9sec. Before any punishment, please contact the player to know if it is accident or real cheating.

Never, and impossible with Nations players anyway. All his #1 entries and bunch more had similar impossible sectors. Banned and all deleted, thanks.
