Re: Report strange & suspect TMF records here

I know But unfortunatelly the server XASECO is down, so it's pretty much useless to me. I also checked on the GRIPPES LOL server which is also under from ARCADE. No luck.

Re: Report strange & suspect TMF records here

Sorry...and thanks tongue
XAsecos are now running on both servers :-D

Edit: You're talking about the dedis of "xsimonx56" or were the old ones already deleted?
If first, I'll try to convince him to upload replays.

Yes, and nothing was deleted from Dedimania yet. Replays are always welcome. If xsimonx56 can't explain these records, a ban is rather likely.

Sorry, no.

i must admit, i saw this dedi alot of times and thought nothing of it, but i looked at the cps today.
the time itself is maybe doable, but the sector times are way out of order. i tried it a few times and i dont see how u can go so much slower between 1st and 2nd cp and then gain so much. sure, the track itself is a bit itchy with all the hills going up and down, but still. http://nations.tm-exchange.com/main.asp … p;id=50206 , maybe someone else can look at the tracK? he also has another dedi i saw on the server i play on

pckCOoqsDpHHcBKMVa1dDXrMsGc

but that one has no cp, but still hes alot faster than anyone else. http://nations.tm-exchange.com/main.asp … uto%23auto

I'm off on vacation for about two weeks. Please hold on to any reports about suspect records/logins until I'm caught up after returning, at which point this topic will be re-opened.

top 2 here are cheats. (floriandussable, radovan_odjebani).

Promaster3 and Vrba's (2nd dedi) times are both invalid on tmx. (Do I have to mail the admins on tmx for this?)

I hunted it for like 2 hours to get .79 myself with a 19.3x last cp. While they have a 19.2x cp, its just not possible to get a 2x cp AND a good finish. If by whatever miracle you ever get a .2x cp you WILL crash on the next turn.

(I am ikdennisik in case you are wondering where my record is ;D)

They have been around for far too long, please remove them. ^^

The problem with this map is, that with TMUnlimiter you skip one invisible block and keep more speed. Try driving with TMUnlimiter and You'll see the difference.

But if this is in fact a pain in the a** to some people I don't mind my record being removed.

Isn't it a bit funny that you say Vader style now, when you were at a certain point defending him on the forum if I'm not mistaken? And not to mention the time you came to my server and attacked me for reporting him. wink

But oh well, back to the point. I agree this persons records aren't valid, so no arguing about that.

They don't validate (Wrong simulation) but still play back. You can report them on TMX if you like.

TMUnlimiter is always a PITA, period. wink

I don't particularly see a problem in the Dedi entries, but if you don't mind deletion then... poof. smile

I don't. Let's not drag Vader into every report about a login who happens to have hundreds of #1s.

infinity71 wrote:

I agree that first sector is suspect, but that alone is far from enough to condemn the login as a cheater.

infinity71 wrote:

Can't find that track anywhere. The sector pattern doesn't look particularly strange though.

infinity71 wrote:

All circumstatial - be specific which are suspect.

Quite a few of those #1s are on tracks that don't even have 30 entries yet, so the #1s haven't been challenged by enough other players; not many are on tracks without CPs, like Vader did; adrigav uses the multi-lap start cut whenever possible and other players don't (yet) on those same tracks; he's has been around longer than the corsakoff_live etc. bans, and drove entries on 160+ servers.

I skimmed over all his #1 sector patterns, and found few anomalies -- which could perhaps also be attributed to alternate routes or old storage glitches from other tracks.

My suspect entries:

WwjCMTw1wDI4jThJd8browcKNV0 (last sector)
b9yldDc3T6OdXxD2yCRNU_ggS4g (alt. route or glitch?)
N4HXHxnKVvk6i4tMxN31xJIzYrm (ditto)
9SbUyCqcdWDCjC24OwUi4iMtOmg (hmm, that really seems impossible)
hK2eDrA6aUv4HwfV2l5gJThzz8 (ditto)

Care to comment?

Re: Report strange & suspect TMF records here

Okay, I had opened the wrong tab and was actually looking at someone from TM2, so sorry for that.

Now that I see who this is I'm a bit confused, since I know him as being a good and fair driver. I'll check the entries you find weird and suspicious. I'll let you know.

Edit:
http://tmnforever.tm-exchange.com/main. … id=4692783 My last sector is only 0.02 slower, so this time is indeed possible.

http://tmnforever.tm-exchange.com/main. … 61604#auto As you see in my replay, the landing was a but unsmooth and I'm sure that with a better one you keep more speed and that time is possible.

N4HXHxnKVvk6i4tMxN31xJIzYrm  The replay for this map is sent via e-mail, because I haven't made the cut, but in the replay you'll see that it's possible with some luck.

http://tmnforever.tm-exchange.com/main. … ;id=648106 Adrien uploaded the replay of his way.

hK2eDrA6aUv4HwfV2l5gJThzz8  Map not on TMX, so as soon as I get replay I'll email it to you.

So that's 4/5 suspicious entries explained. If you manage to find some other suspicious entries you're not sure about Xymph just say and we'll find the replays somehow.

That track isn't anywhere tight enough to draw conclusions from.

infinity71 wrote:

There's a 18.02 entry on TMX, which is close enough.

There's a 8.20 entry on TMX, showing even better execution of the cut.

Re: Report strange & suspect TMF records here

Hi,

iam a TM 1 Nascar driver and i spectated "an old friend" on tm.He got banned 1-2 years ago (and got unbanned later) because of cheating  (login: antoine_bzh) . So i drove against him, i took a turn perfectly (he was behind me) and after the turn he was in front of me. Okay thats no proof of cheating but now i have it.. take a look at his 8th Dedi on this map:

http://www.dedimania.com/tmstats/?do=st … ow=RECORDS

His 4th cp time looks very strange .. maybe thats an indication of cheating .. but the real proof is this map:

http://www.dedimania.com/tmstats/?do=st … ow=RECORDS

He has dedi 1 there and he is WAY slower than the others at the last cp. In finish he suddenly is as fast as the other dedis... so how to drive 0,2 faster in the end than everybody else... its impossible... maybe a turbo cheat.. the map was hunted over long time as you can see at the dedi times. Driving the map reverse isnt possible, because his all cps would differ from the cps of the other drivers.
You can take a loook by yourself on the map: (especially the part between last cp and finish)
http://tmnforever.tm-exchange.com/main. … 73252#auto

Also, i spectated him some time ago with a "noob" accout. He started too late and then his car accelerated like hell for the first few meters.. also while i spectated him he drove very bad (hit the wall very often and sometimes he had a strange speed up of his car). After the map he kicked me  lol...

So it looks like he is using this turbo trick not very conspicuous but the 2nd map i showed you, should be the proof of cheating.
