Sectors 4 and 5 are notably faster than what normal variance seems to allow, but conversely sector 6 is slower.
Similarly, on uLbncnBhYU2q5p225klNLWp93zg sectors 6 and 7 are faster but 4 is slower. I find it hard to tell whether these two constitute cheating though.

He has dedi 1 there and he is WAY slower than the others at the last cp. In finish he suddenly is as fast as the other dedis... so how to drive 0,2 faster in the end than everybody else... [...]

That was Dedi #5, not 1, but I agree that last sector is unusually fast.
However, among all his top 10 entries and all entries since 2015-07-01, these three tracks are the only ones I see possible anomalies on. And if that's cheating, to what purpose?  Gain a #5 or #9 entry? That makes little sense.

I've deleted the UTnzx0zllfaoFaLc_CwjcheD3N1 entry with no further consequence - for now.

Yep, seems like a one timer, hasn't made any other records.

so I wanted to report another cheater I came across a few days ago.

This was his run which caught my attention:

As you can see here his first sector is like one tenth faster than everyone else, which is hardly possible if you try it yourself.

I was there live, when he set the time and after the "cheater, cheater" sh*tstorm in the chat went off and he left, I decided to follow him around and even managed to record a screen capture where you see his car launching vertically into the air (from a standstill aswell...) and moving around in many absurd ways.

So if you need further proof I can send you this aswell.

But anyway, since all of this happened the same night you can probably let him get away with a final warning. Just please delete his 1. dedi on Summer VS #29 because it's the one which is most annoying.

10.39 cp seems a bit too "fast". checked a few other maps via dedimaniastats and it seems like he often gains time  between last cp and finish eventhough his cps before are worse than the other top 5 driver. I believe the 6 second times here aren't really possible as you're not even close to finish at that time. Even with a landing in the bug finish area I don't think that's doable.
I've sent you my replay on e-mail, as I had a fast end and reasonably good star[t], which is not THAT improvable in my opinion. But I'll let you decide about these 2.

You listed the Rounds logins #1 and 2, which are around 9 seconds. Also, there's a faster 7.36 replay on TMX already.

I agree that 6.50 by a login with only 3 records (one of them also a suspect #1) is impossible. Deleted. But 6.84 by what appears to be a decent player gets the benefit of the doubt.
