Old friend of mine, but he stopped playing some time ago and he didn´t hack I think ;-)

The unread-thread marking of PunBB is rather broken: after visiting a forum, it will mark all unread threads as read a while later regardless of whether they're actually read. That must have happened (not the first time I experienced this) after your first post.
Anyway, rec looks like a glitch indeed. Deleted. Sucky track, btw.
