In many countries you can pay using a credit card without needing a paypal account.

All should be indicated in the page that you will get after you click on the paypal button on http://dedimania.net/tmstats/?do=donation  (when i go myself i can either authenticate my account, or follow the "Don't have a paypal account ? -   Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest" button)

a person gained access to my password, and do not really know what happened, but my account mytm10, is banned in dedimania, I have already paid the 10 euros, with my paypal account (charles-laport@adinet.com.uy)

Because you submitted another suspect entry on OLEblGrr_x0qrdYpsqK94bPxXU7 , one of the tracks that got you banned the first time.
I deleted that entry without permanently re-banning you, just because you were so quick to make a donation the first time. The 2-3 other deletions were, let's say, collateral damage.

If you really know a legitimate way to make the first CP in 3.0-3.1s on the above track when 3.78s is normal, submit a replay to TMX to prove it.
