I see absolutely no way to have -0.10 on my 12.26 or -0.08 on Bomber's time. Also when you look at the last sector he has -0.30 on all other dedi sector times but there's no way to drive that end differently.

Maybe, maybe not. There's no other indication of foul play by that login, so I'll give this one the benefit of the doubt.

Because the forums database isn't continuously updated when a user comes by again, the nick is stored only once.  I fixed it in the database.
