For the usual reason: cheating. In this case, back in October, with the ban having been announced early November.

Specifically, for cheating on Nadeo's A03-Race: 6.16s on the first section instead of the typical 9.54-9.55s, driven on Oct 19 00:26:38; plus plenty of strange sector patterns on other tracks on Oct 16, 18 & 19, enough to deserve the ban.

To get unbanned, follow the instructions in the sticky (but do not post there).
