Yo

I am tired of discussed this with a friend, and im seeking the truth ^^

Who gets ranked infront in TM1, when players have equal time ?
In timeattack, rounds and in xaseco stats.

Sorry for my boring question :p

Simply the one who drives the time first.
If I recall correctly XAseco (+Dedi) are looking only for two decimals whereas TM-Server itself got 3 decimals (but just shows 2) -> that's why sometimes people with the same time (but driven after yours) finish the track as first.

Just to clear up. Im talking about the live score on server in TA and Rounds. Not dedirecords.

inn tmnf it is totally random for the live score imo.
some people say it is because they drove a faster time and you only see ,xx but Tm recognize ,xxx, well that would be a logic assumption. but try this the next time : one of you has to rejoin the server ( the one who got placed second, would be an idea) and most of the time the rankings changing (yes i still talk about live scores )

for that reason i call it random:D

Well, long time ago i got explanations from xbx about how same times are sorted by the server and/or game (first one in ta ; and in rounds/team in case of same time it was the one having done the best time since the match beginning) ; but few game updates later, all was messed up and i never succeeded to figure it for sure...
