Hi,
I've played on a map with a glitch, and I saw you've ban all players who make a record under 6 seconds. I'v done 4 seconds.
This video will prove you this is not cheat, and you'll see the glitch.

Not ban, but minimun limit for dedimania time is 6.00, if you drive under it won't work... Maps under 6 sec are shit anyway so..
