Not sure what you're reporting here, these are two different tracks that happen to have the same name. Always refer to tracks by UIds, nothing else.

MapCps is a clallenge infos value, not record one.
The entries showing 11/11 and those showing 11/0 are different because related to different maps uid.
The 2nd number is the number of checkpoints in rounds mode, so probably that map has never been played in Rounds or Team modes...
