Dedimania record deleted

Hi
I have two private servers 'KalarJuan' and KalarJuan2'
This is my United account (ghost_of_quinto), but I still have and use my old Nations account 'quasibuur'
With that account I made a Dedimania record on my server KalarJuan2,
on the track A14-race_-_short (by william_h_bonney).
I've got an ingame message 'made Dedimania 25 ....'
The time, 00'16''18 was displayed in the server on the left side Dedimania column.
But now a few days later ... the record is deleted?
Ports (235x, 345x and dedimania 8002) are the right way configured in router.
Can anyone reply why this is..

Insufficient info to investigate (no UId of the track, no exact date/time when this happened). But in general when an entry is driven it appears in the GUI lists only preliminary, it isn't official until it is accepted and confirmed by the master server, and thus does appear in the list the next time that the track comes up.

Don't know, there was nothing in XAseco's log around that time?

Sorry, dont want to be pushy, but this is not the first time my dedi's get deleted! just want to know why??
So it's a bit frustrating, training for so long on a track to finaly get dedi. To see it get deleted after a few days.

Again, these logs only show local registration, if there are no errors then the entry should have made it to the master server, but the only way to be sure is to replay the track that same day and view the Dedi recs list.

As the entry didn't make it into the nightly backup, it wasn't deleted "after a few days" but either deleted that same day (unlikely, and certainly not done by me) or never made it into the master database in the first place.

This is all the time I'm gonna spend on a single entry. If driving a Dedi record again, verify that same day that it really was accepted by the master, and otherwise report the problem that same day -- not a day later. You could also increase the debug logging level in the Dedimania plugin, although that quickly produces loads of text.

well i did as you told
I put the debug_dedi=5 (all the way up)
started server kalarjuan2 (not server kalarjuan as before)  entered with login:quasibuur (Orinox!)
and did that dedi again. 00'16'18 ... showing up on left side.
I'm analyzing all logs from server and Xaseco (which ar huge now) ... all i see is Dedimania connection is ok
dedi is showing up in logs ... but not on website http://dedimania.net/tmstats/?do=stat
restarted server .... dedi is not showing up anymore in left dedimania column ..
btw  ... this server was online in 2010 (yep some years ago) never had problems with dedi
gonna analyse logs further... till now dont see any errors

I search all day long dont find any errors in configs .... It looks like connections with tmx and dedi are fine
This Xaseco logfile is way  to complex for me ... but since you re-authored it ... 
please I can use your advise to solve this .... or if you could tell me where else to search

Maybe, but there are no entries from server kalarjuan since 2017-01-24 (before that one on 2017-01-12, and then nothing til 2014-08-25), so maybe not.

The deleted chunks may hold a clue. Save this log file and...

...fnd and load a track that has NO dedimania entries, restart Xaseco with Dedi debugging, drive an entry, and save that log file too. Zip both together and mail them to me (tm@gamers.org).

Turns out this problem was caused by impatience: not letting XAseco go through the track change process ensures the locally stored Dedimania entry does indeed not make it onto the master server. roll
