Your account is your responsibility, and this is a very common excuse, so unfortunately there's nothing to be done about that.

When discovring cheat times, the account of the player should ONLY be suspended, and all the legitme rec should NOT be deleted because of the cheated recs ! A bit of propotion/reason, pls no witch hunting here... I know cheating is bad !

More likely a storage glitch -- deleted with no further consequence.

All the records from dedi 1 to dedi 14 have a 1st checkpoint reached at 8sec which is not possible, (should be about 3 secs) and you can't skip it, cuts are clearly impossible here.
These records do not correspond to this map i guess. (very old records)
