Because he is busy with work/life and doesn't check the forums often. Not even my emails, usually. ;-)

Hi,

Like each time someone forget to indicate the tm login to upgrade, i had replied by email, asking for the login (on 24/08/2022 if it's the email i guess).
Ideally email me (to the same adresse as paypal) from the same email you used and confirm the tm login.
