I am getting a connection problem similar to the one that alvaro was getting, however my error is 10013 instead of 10060.
(Error(10013) An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.)

At the end of the topic, Slig has a few suggestions. Of those I cannot to ping the IP, or dedimania.net; or browse to http://dedimania.net:8082/Dedimania

I get a general failure when I try pinging dedimania.net and 91.121.46.116; and I cannot browse to the other website, however I can browse to dedimania.net (of course, else I wouldn't be posting here )

How do I fix these problems? Edit: On second thoughts, the general failure can be a DoS Attack preventative measure, so I'm not too worried about that.

Found the problem. It was PeerBlock. For those that have the same problem, simply create a new list with this ip: 91.121.46.116
