dedi 10,11,14,15 have cp1,xx. no problem to do that by starting backwards, but in my eyes impossible to finish then

Dedi 1 here used speed hacks in the big drift on the right and maybe a bit at the end too. I know it's hard to see it but with some comparaisons that I did, his speed is obviously impossible to get.

Hopefully you can see something on the replay's data or something like that.

No, validation of replays depends somewhat on engine versions and block changes, and may give a false alert.  This is one of the reasons I never set up an automatic nightly process to check validation replays uploaded to Dedimania2.

The dedi here is cheat imo. He turns on dirt as we can on road and on road his car turns better than the normal. Thanks in advance.

Obviously, when I just said that vreplays alone are not enough, the above entry doesn't help in any way.
You'll have to provide examples (preferably half a dozen or so, if it is to lead to a ban) for which a ghost replay is available, to check how the car behaves, such as this one.

I see the speedboost in the MX replay, but that's not my problem. I don't see it in the Dedi #1 replay.
Compared to the Dedi #3 ghost replay, there is no dirt thrown up nor drifting sounds in the long left bend in both, that happens only in the MX replays.

So I'm not yet convinced phil13hebert is something I need to deal with in Dedimania2.  Then again, the same login is a banned cheater in Dedimania1/TMF, and that could well be the same player, so feel free to report suspect entries on other tracks in Dedimania2 and I'll look again. Report only tracks for which a ghost replay by phil13hebert is available, and make those reports detailed enough.

I found 2 other replays with the same cheating's codes.

I also checked a lot of his watchables runs and in general the maps have no dirt part to see this cheat. I think it's enough to ban him. If not enough, I would like a delete of his 3 replays at least, it's not fair to have impossible times to beat cause of that and it disturbs people. Finally, he cheated on TMNF so I don't see why he wouldn't on TM2, cheaters are always cheaters!

I read your last post, but please, we donated to you for your great work, it's unfair to keep cheaters on your nice work!
