Fast 4.0.0t fix
To avoid the "bad vreplay" problem reported in http://dedimania.net/SITE/forum/viewtopic.php?id=511 , overwrite the file includes/gbx_xml_fetcher.php with the one in http://slig.info/fast4.0/gbx_xml_fetcher.fix.zip

For tm2 stadium (and only this one), the records are by default limited to 15. This was done to encourage stadium users (which were the source of the need of a big server for dedimania because they represented 90% of TMF servers/players) to participate a little more in donations.
So... this limitation is changed for Premium account (2€ for top40 on a server, without time limitation), see http://dedimania.net/tm2stats/?do=donation
